As you watch the sun setting, you enjoy your well deserved glass of French red wine, on the reclining leather sofa’s watching the full sized TV with Sky.

This is our home in Vimarce.

The house itself sleeps 4/5, with 3 bedrooms (1 of which is a study with a pull-down bed) plus a bathroom and separate toilet upstairs.
Downstairs there is an open living room with a dining area and wireless internet connection. For those cosy winter nights there is also a real log fire. The separate kitchen is of generous proportions, and opens out on to the big well fenced garden.

There is also a garage for secure parking, and the local amenities in Evron, including a supermarket, are within a 10 minute drive. Another 10 min drive brings you to a host of activities including a beach, horse riding, mini golf and swimming. Beyond the local attractions there is a magnificent golf course in Sable, an amazing zoo in Le Fleche, Paris is a 2 hour train journey and of course……the racing in Le Mans, which is only 26 miles away.

So whether you are looking for an active holiday, a quiet holiday, a cosy weekend away, a base for visiting the big cities of France or some time away with the whole family this is the place for you.

Unfortunately this property is not suitable for wheelchairs due to the  steps to get into the house, and the upstairs bathroom.
